We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition and you will be more than happy with your purchase. Return Policy We are proud to offer an EXCHANGE POLICY on our products. If your product was damaged in transit. If you happen to select the wrong size, we will exchange it for a different size under the following conditions only:- 1) NOTIFY US FIRST BEFORE SENDING BACK STOCK, we will check on the availability of stock and give you the procedure for exchanging. 2) Return the good/s in the same new condition as received within 10 days of the sales receipt date with all swing tags attached and in the same 'as-received' condition. 3) Enclose with your returned items your sales receipt and a pre-paid self-addressed satchel and include a note on your sales receipt notifying us of the size change you require. 4) Our exchange policy covers change of sizing only, not change of colour or change of style. Exchanges that fall outside this agreement are made only at the discretion of Kissing Frogs and are subject to a 10% restocking fee to assist in covering the task of altering stock lists and administering the returns. 5) Any product that is damaged due to shipping may be returned for a replacement product, will be cover shipping costs. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. Shipping We normally post all in stock items within 10 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually posted via regular post and actual delivery time will vary according to Australia Post. (in most cases it averages 3-5 business days) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be posted immediately upon it's arrival. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require postage time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. Please read the full return policy below. Cancellations Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Returns Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Any item that has been opened will not be accepted and will be returned to the consumer and return shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. Items that are special ordered, are on sale, FABRIC by the yard, or appear on our "Specials" page are final sale and NOT returnable. Customers are responsible for the return of any product.
