Placing your order

If you like what you see, it is simple to place an order! You can use any of the following methods:

Please ensure that address information is accurate to avoid any orders being delivered to an incorrect address.

Payment

We accept payment via Direct Deposit to a Bank Account, Money Order or Bank Cheque

Orders will be posted within 2 days after clearance of payment.

Postage

Postage charges are based on item totals

Single item - $6.00 p/h
2 – 4 items - $10.00 p/h

For larger orders please email postcode for a quote on postage.

For International orders, Kissing Frogs accepts international cheque or wire transfer only.

Delivery Times

We normally post all stocked items within 10 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually posted via regular post and actual delivery time will vary according to Australia Post. (in most cases it averages 3-5 business days.)  For special orders you will need to allow 15 business days, plus postage. If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current postage times for particular products and locations.
